Did you  know?

...Jojoba Oil has an extremely long shelf life. Technically speaking, it is a liquid wax, pressed from the Jojoba bean.
It is the oil which is most like the skin's natural oils, so does not tend to clog skin pores as other oils sometimes can. Jojoba is also known to have anti-inflammatory properties.
Jojoba is considered a "dry" oil, with a non-slippery feel, making it especially great as an ingredient in foot oils.

...Hemp Seed Oil
is enormously beneficial to your skin. It contains an amazing level of essential fatty acids, including Linoleic acid (Vitamin F), Gamma Linoliec acid, & Omega 3 fatty acids. Hemp seed oil promotes good skin health and makes an excellent bath oil.
Its only drawback is a short shelf life.

...Grape Seed Oil is an excellent base for  your bath. It is light in weight, distributes nicely in the bath water, and has good skin penetration.
Grape seed oil leaves your body soft and smooth after a bath or massage, without leaving a greasy feeling.

...Coconut Oil in its liquid form is referred to as "Fractionated Coconut Oil". In this state it has an unlimited shelf life. It is also completely without scent.
Both of these factors make it the 'oil of choice' in perfumery.

You can also add some to massage oil blends and cold process soap recipes. Coconut oil has a nice light texture.

...Rosehip Seed Oil is  one of those 'wonder oils' which promotes healing of the skin and useful in helping to prevent scars and wrinkles and repairing the effects of sun damage.
A unique characteristic of this oil is that it naturally contains Vitamin A (retinol) as well as high amounts of Vitamin C. It is high in essential fatty acids.
As with other oils, it is nice to add a choice of essential oils to help boost the effects of massage blends.
Try Chamomile or Lavender for sensitive skin, Cypress to control oily skin, or Helichrysum with Vitamin E for scars.
